Day of Coordination

Providing coordination on the day of your wedding events to execute the plans and vision that you’ve designed. We will work with you before your events to understand what you’ve booked and the details you’ve planned and we will prepare a running order. You’ll need to provide us with the details from your suppliers.
On the day we are there during set up and will depart shortly after the final formality (such as your first dance). This service works beautifully alongside our Membership.

Planning Consultation Hours

Delivered virtually over Zoom. These 1 hour consultations are a complete open book – you’re welcome to ask us any questions that you have about your wedding planning
We’ve covered topics from the nuts and bolts like (timelines, floor planning & supplier selection) to troubleshooting challenges to simply being a sounding board. What you can be guaranteed of is that you’ll receive a friendly and candid conversation always delivered with the utmost professionalism.

Floor Planning
Delivered by The Asian Wedding Club
Using dimensions provided by your venue, we will create a scale floor plan for your event. And then via a Zoom meeting we will go through this with you, move things around live time and present you with a finished diagram.
For AWC Members, we will load this floor plan into your project on our planning software so you can access and amend it as desired.

Creative Design & Consultation

Working collaboratively with you, we take your inspiration on board and pull together cohesive design boards for your events.
This service includes two zoom meetings; one before we start and a second to present the concepts back.

Venue Sourcing | UK Venues
Delivered by The Asian Wedding Club
Based on your venue requirements we conduct a venue search that includes checking availability and getting quotes for up to 10 venues. The aim is to get as close to your dream requirements as possible.
We will do an email intro to your shortlisted venues so you can book visits at your convenience.
This service includes one Zoom meeting.
