The Club
Founded by Ajay & LaToya; the duo behind wedding and event planning company SW Events.

- We’ve delivered incredible and uniquely personalised weddings in the UK and destination
Alongside the abundantly experienced Hemali:
- She’s been planning South Asian weddings for more than 15 years with experience both home and abroad.
- In addition to wedding planning her career has given her experience in décor, catering and business ownership.
Some of our favourite moments include:
- Planning weddings in some of the UK’s most prestigious venues such as the V&A Museum, The Historic Royal Palaces and Blenheim Palace
- Working with incredible and hardworking wedding professionals to create these beautiful events. These suppliers have made up many an “A-Team” for our clients and have been handpicked to join The Club.
- Planning destination weddings. They are intense, hard work and so very rewarding. Weddings have taken us to Europe, Africa and Asia!
- LaToya & Ajay being judges for The Wedding Industry Awards since 2021
- Co-founding The Art of South Asian Weddings with Milan from Work With Milan. This training has been a real labour of love and such a joy to support wedding venues and suppliers in understanding the South Asian wedding market and its clientele better.
